- Easy to get to, plenty of parking - The hotel is clean and organized. The rooms were mostly kept up (our couch had a bleach stain but I’ll take that over any other kind of stain). Plenty of pillows on the bed. Clean sheets and mattresses. - The staff really made our experience so great. You never know what to expect in Lancaster but I never expected such caring staff. Not only were they nice to us guests, but as I overheard them talking to each other, they were nice and considerate to each other. One staff in particular went above and beyond. She often checked on us, she was always friendly to talk to, she gently reminded us of pool or lobby hours and she even offered otter pops for the kids to enjoy. And all this, even when the hotel was sold out during a busy All Stars weekend. Shawn- thank you for making our stay so pleasant.

I love love love the breakfast selections! Only problem is that when i stayed there recently they ran out of food. To me it seems like there needs to be a better method put in place so that the food doesnt run out. For example, take a head count of how many people have checked in and cook that many servings no matter what because not every guest comes to eat but atleast there will be enough for the people that want to get seconds

Property was clean , location is very secluded but that’s okay being that it’s in Lancaster ca .beds were very comfortable and they had nice pillows . Great place to stay for the value .

Great place to stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was large, clean and comfortable. The bed was excellent, very comfortable. The included breakfast was very good, the best hotel breakfast we've ever had. Location is great, easy to find and close to everything. I recommend the Holiday Inn Express to anyone looking for a good place to stay for a reasonable price - it's a great value.

The place was nice, perfect actually. Loves the room, everything about it. The dove products were amazing and worked well. The breakfast was delicious and so many options and staff was all nice and polite. Love the all white bedding and the room is tastefully designed.

I have rated this stay on the holiday inn in the UK as this is where I presumed I was booking.This was a great hotel with facilities for my 4 year old grandson

Unfortunately, I did not have breakfast, because I was "fasting" due to scheduled lab work. I really enjoyed the personality of the front desk staff, because they were friendly and professional.
